Ripping Calluses

Today's CrossFit WOD was:

20 minutes, max rounds
5 handstand pushups (sub decline pushups)
10 L pullups
15 step walking lunges

I got about 7 minutes in and my calluses started to feel really bad, so I stopped. I then did about 10 rounds of:

10 pushups
15 situps
20 squats

Then I ran a lap (700m... 2:45).
