Today's WOD was the CrossFit total. One-rep max weights for:
Back squat (225)
Shoulder press (115)
Deadlift (275)
Total: 615
Not a terrible score, but not terribly good either. I still need to work on my DL form and my shoulders feel relatively weak. Of course, this makes sense, given my performance in other shoulder-based events, like HSPU, dips or push-press, etc.
That was at 0500. At 1500, I finned for 20 min. I didn't even count the distance.
