Active Rest Day

Today was a rest day for CrossFit, so I "rested" by doing the CF warmup, running 3 laps at a medium pace (.4 miles @ <3:00), and then jumping rope for 10 minutes. I met up with GR, who's a jump rope pro and he coached me on my jumping technique. We did a few different foot maneuvers, the crossover, and then he tried to get me to do double unders. I got a couple of the crossovers, but couldn't get the double unders. Then I finned for about 7:30, at which point my blisters got too painful and I just practiced my dolphin kick.
